Make it to Deadline
Started looking into old board games and Google’s Material Design and how I can use this to design a game that helps creatives brainstorm. I liked the classic Vintage look and thought that it would be inviting to younger and older crowds, but gave it a modern revamp. The way the game works is like apples to apples, kind of. There are 3 sets of cards: Topic, Mind-Mapping, and Clients From Hell. You would need 4 players and one player at a time would read the topic. Then the other players would take their Mind-Mapping Card and attempt to give the best answer to the problem. The Player that read the Topic card picks the winner and they get to roll the dice and move forward. If you land on a red square tho the player would draw a Client From Hell card, which are bad quotes from clients. This would result in the player moving back a number of spaces. This would inspire new ideas and allow creative to think freely without pressure or expectations.
